摘  要：《中国学生发展核心素养》的颁布实施，象征着我国的新课改和素质教育已然进入了一个全新阶段，不同学段不同学科教育工作者也深入对核心素养进行了研究。核心素养培养的关键目标就是进一步促进学生的全面发展。教育工作者都应当基于核心素养这一主题，深入的创新和优化教学措施、教学内容和手段。对于学生求知欲和兴趣来说，提问是一个有效的激发方法，能够引导学生更好的对问题进行自主的解决和思考，对于学生核心素养的发展也有着不容忽视的重要作用。

Effective questioning strategies in mathematics classroom based on core literacy

【Abstract】The promulgation and implementation of "core literacy of Chinese students' development" symbolizes that the new curriculum reform and quality education in China has entered a new stage，and educators in different periods and disciplines have also conducted in-depth research on core literacy. The key goal of core literacy training is to further promote the all-round development of students. Educators should be based on the theme of core literacy，in-depth innovation and optimization of teaching measures，teaching content and means. For students' thirst for knowledge and interest，questioning is an effective way to stimulate students to better solve problems and think independently. It also plays an important role in the development of students' core literacy.

新課改提出了要进一步培养和发展学生的核心素养，有效对素质进行落实和实践。当前小学教育工作者给予了如何在数学教学过程中进一步培养学生核心素养足够的重视，而课堂的有效提问在此过程中所发挥的作用不容忽视。所谓的有效提问，指的就是通过合理的提问，将学生带入到相应的情形之中，引导学生对问题进行自主的解答和探究，促进学生综合能力和创新思维的发展。教育工作者应当意识到自身应当发挥好辅助和引导者的角色，基于学生的学习实际，引导学生更好的对此进行解决，促进其数学核心素养发展。

1.基于课堂教学内容，对问题精心设置

教育工作者在设计问题过程中，应当对数学课堂学分内容有全面的考量，在对学生进行提问过程中，注重提问的时机和次数，这样才能使得学生的学习积极性得以调动，构建起轻松愉悦的课堂氛围，进一步促进学生思维品质的发展。……
