摘  要：习近平总书记在全国教育大会上强调，教育要在坚定理想信念、厚植爱国主义情怀、加强品德修养、增长知识见识、培养奋斗精神、增强综合素质六个方面下功夫，要坚持把立德树人作为教育的根本任务，把立德树人融入思想道德教育、文化知识教育、社会实践教育各环节。高校是国家科技创新体系的重要组成部分，同时也肩负着培养新时代合格创新型人才的重要作用。文章以自动化专业核心必修课电机与拖动为例，深度发掘自动化专业课程的思想政治教育资源，从激发学习兴趣、增强对专业的认可程度、学习工匠精神、培养团队合作和沟通交流能力等方面入手，让学生在潜移默化中坚定理想信念。文章探讨了课程思政融入自动化专业课堂教学的有效路径，实现从“思政课程”主渠道育人向“课程思政”立体化育人的转变。

Abstract： In his speech at the National Education Conference， Chinese President Xi Jinping stressed that education should be enhanced by making efforts in the following six aspects： strengthening ideals and beliefs， cultivating patriotism， strengthening moral cultivation， increasing knowledge， cultivating the spirit of struggle， and enhancing comprehensive quality， and that we should persist in fostering integrity and promoting rounded development of people as the fundamental task of education， integrating the idea of "fostering integrity and promoting rounded development of people" into all aspects of ideological and moral education， cultural knowledge education， and social practice education. Colleges and universities are an important part of the national science and technology innovation system， and also shoulder an important role in cultivating qualified innovative talents in the new era. As an example， the core compulsory course Motor and Drag is taken in this paper to deeply explore the ideological and political education resources of automation professional course. Starting from stimulating learning interest， enhancing professional recognition， learning craftsman spirit， and cultivating team cooperation and communication ability， students can firmly believe in their ideals and beliefs， and explore the integration of ideological and political education into automation. The effective path of professional classroom teaching of transformation from the main channel of the "ideological and political course" to the three-dimensional education of "ideological and political education in all courses" is realized in this paper.
