摘  要：构建由政府、高校、社会和学生四个主体元素组成的少数民族大学生创新创业四元主体模型，基于模型分析主体间的内在联系与相互作用，探讨少数民族大学生创新创业发展演进过程中各主体元素的表现特征和变化情况。研究发现：少数民族大学生创新创业发展是一個循序渐进的过程，根据不同时期主体元素的变化情况将少数民族大学生创新创业发展分为三个时期：分别是政府主导发展阶段、高校-社会联合推动发展阶段、学生自觉成熟发展阶段。

Abstract： This paper constructs a quaternary subject model of innovation and entrepreneurship of ethnic minority college students， which is composed of four subject elements of society and students in government universities. Based on the model， the internal relations and interactions among subjects are analyzed， and the performance characteristics and changes of each subject element in the development and evolution of innovation and entrepreneurship of ethnic minority college students are discussed.The research finds that the development of innovation and entrepreneurship of ethnic minority college students is a gradual process. According to the changes of the main elements in different periods， the development of innovation and entrepreneurship of ethnic minority college students can be divided into three periods： the government-led development stage， the social joint promotion of the development stage， and the self-consciously mature development stage.

党的十九大报告中提出“要大力推进创新教育，提升全社会创新意识和创新能力，造就规模宏大、富有创新精神、敢于承担风险的创新创业人才队伍。”当代大学生是最具有创造力和激情的群体。少数民族大学生是当代大学生的重要组成部分，也是创新创业人才队伍重要的培养对象，加大对少数民族大学生创新创业的研究对促进民族地区人才培养、经济发展和社会稳定具有重要意义。

目前国内有关大学生创新创业发展研究的文献丰富，但大部分研究内容缺乏考虑有关少数民族大学生的教育背景、民族文化、民族地区社会环境等相关影响因素，既具有可参考普遍性，也存在一些局限性。例如，有学者从心理意识的角度探讨内在因素和外部因素对西部少数民族大学生创业意识的影响[1]。……
