摘  要：贵州省少数民族大学生是贵州各大高校重要的大学生群体，也是贵州发展的生力军和主要动力。但是由于历史和现实的原因，贵州省少数民族大学生创新意识和创业能力的培养相当滞后。所以，利用少数民族大学生拥有的民族文化资源对贵州省少数民族大学生进行创新创业教育是很有必要的。文章从学校、政府、民族文化三个方面讨论了贵州省少数民族大学生创新创业教育的现状和发展方向。

Abstract： Ethnic minority university students in Guizhou province are an important group， and they are also the new force and main driving force for the development of Guizhou. However， due to historical and realistic reasons， the cultivation of innovation consciousness and entrepreneurial ability of ethnic minority university students in Guizhou province lags behind. Therefore， it is necessary to make use of ethnic cultural resources owned by minority college students to carry out innovation and entrepreneurship education for minority college students in Guizhou province. This paper discusses the current situation and development direction of innovation and entrepreneurship education for minority college students in Guizhou province from three aspects including school， government and ethnic culture.

长期以来，党和国家把支持少数民族和民族地区加快经济社会发展作为国家发展建设的重要内容，提出少数民族和民族地区与全国其他地方一道实现全面建成小康社会，少数民族人才培养成为民族地区高校发展的一项新任务。2015年国务院办公厅颁布了《国务院办公厅关于深化高等学校创新创业教育改革的实施意见》（国办发〔2015〕36号），贵州省为推动高校创新创业教育加快改革发展，结合实际制定了本省大学生创新创业教育“三步走”的方案：“2016年起全面推进和深化高校创新创业教育改革，2017年形成科学先进、认同广泛、特色鲜明的创新创业教育理念和共识;到2020年健全高校创新创业教育体系， 基本形成高校鼓励创新创业、大学生勇于创新创业、政府激励创新创业教育、社会支持创新创业教育的新机制、新格局。”[1]
