摘  要：生态德育的提出，符合现代教育发展的理念，并且这种新的德育理念受到社会各界的关注，生态德育旨在构建生态道德的规范，以促进学生树立新的道德观念。这也就对小学班主任的德育工作提出了新的要求，因此，教师可以在思想道德教育中进行生态德育教育的渗透，把生态德育的理念应用在小学班级文化构建中，以实现和谐的德育氛围，促进小学生通过班级文化的感染，实现与自然、社会的和谐共处。基于此，本文主要对生态德育视域下小学班级文化构建的有效性策略进行探讨，希望能够帮助小学生班级文化的良性发展。

On the Strategies of Constructing Primary School Class Culture from the Perspective of Ecological Moral Education

【Abstract】 The proposal of ecological moral education is in line with the concept of modern education development，and this new concept of moral education has attracted the attention of all sectors of society. Ecological moral education aims to build ecological moral standards to promote students to establish new moral concepts. This also puts forward new requirements for the moral education work of primary school head teachers. Therefore，teachers can infiltrate ecological moral education in ideological and moral education，and apply the concept of ecological moral education to the construction of primary school class culture to achieve a harmonious moral education atmosphere，To promote elementary school students to achieve harmonious coexistence with nature and society through the infection of class culture. Based on this，this article mainly discusses the effective strategies of constructing elementary school class culture from the perspective of ecological moral education，hoping to help the sound development of elementary school class culture.

隨着教育教学的改革，人们越来越重视生态发展，这直接与我们自身的生存和发展相关联，所以应当把生态德育教育贯彻到学生日常的教学活动中，培养学生与生态环境和谐相处的意识，这是对现有德育教育工作的强化和完善。因此，生态德育应当从小学阶段抓起，在班级的环境、制度、文化中融入生态德育教育理念，在潜移默化中传递积极向上的班级文化，给予学生正面的引导，在学生中间形成具有生态德育理念的班级力量，促进学生的全面发展。

1.小学班级管理文化构建的基本原则

教师在进行班级文化建设的时候，要发挥学生的主体作用，根据学生的个性特点和兴趣爱好，发挥学生接受文化建设的积极性。……
