摘  要：本文主要从农村小学生厌学出发，重点探究当下农村地区的小学生厌学问题及提出对应的激励措施。我国是一个农村地区比重较高的国家，对于整个国家的发展来说，农村地区的发展有着关键性的意义，同时农村地区的发展教育更为重要。当前，在农村学生教育中，虽然农村学校条件设备较差，学生人数较少，但近年来随着社会结构变得复杂，人员流动加速，使得农村小学教育除了教学外，思想教育和教学方式显得更为突出。伴随着物质、社会和科技的进步，城乡结合部越来越多，出现了学生厌学的情况，尤其进城务工留守儿童的教育急需认真的研究，要防止农村小学在教师的教学质量逐渐下降。

【Abstract】 This article mainly starts from the weariness of school pupils in rural areas，and focuses on exploring the current weariness of pupils in rural areas and proposes corresponding incentive measures. my country is a country with a relatively high proportion of rural areas. For the development of the country as a whole，the development of rural areas is of crucial significance，and the development of education in rural areas is more important. At present，in rural student education，although rural schools have poor equipment and fewer students，in recent years，as the social structure has become complicated and the flow of people has accelerated，rural primary education has become more ideological and teaching methods in addition to teaching. More prominent. With the advancement of material，society and technology，there are more and more students in the fringe of urban and rural areas，and students are tired of studying. In particular，the education of left-behind children who work in cities urgently needs serious research. It is necessary to prevent the gradual decline of the teaching quality of teachers in rural primary schools. .

1.厭学的界定

“厌学主要是学生在面对学习时候产生的一种心理情绪。”“厌学是学生对所学习内容或者是教师不感兴趣的教育逆反心理。”傅安球等人认为：厌学是小学生在学生过程中的一种状态，主要包括了情绪、态度以及行为三个层面的厌学状态，表现出来的特征就是学生在学习过程中出现的焦躁心理，自己的心理上感觉难受不舒服，从而就会在上课时出现厌烦的状态，并且在上课的过程中还会出现开小差，不按时完成作业，装病、旷课的情况。以下都是小学生厌学的一种主要的表现形式：学生在上课时故意迟到、上课的时候借口上厕所，临近下课就放弃学习、装病、上课精神出现涣散，注意力不能集中在学习上，上课做小动作，上课聊天。……
