摘  要：通过北京一家心理咨询机构的调查发现：当前愈来愈多的孩子与父母感情疏远，甚至拒绝与父母沟通;尤其是针对成长期间遇到的一些问题、苦恼等，约有70%的学生认为无法和父母进行有效互动。为了能够对这一社会问题进行分析与处理，亲子阅读作为家长与孩子进行沟通与交流的途径之一，能够构建良好的亲子关系，营造和谐的家庭氛围，为实现孩子的健康协调发展提供有力的保障，有助于改善亲子关系，是家庭教育中的一项重要内容。

Study on the effect of adolescent parent-child reading on improving parent-child relationship

【Abstract】More and more children are estranged from their parents or even refuse to communicate with them，a survey by a psychological counseling agency in Beijing has found. Especially for some problems and troubles encountered during the growing up，about 70% of students think that they cannot effectively interact with their parents. In order to be able to analyze the social problems and processing，parent-child reading as a parent and child to one way of communication and exchanges，to build a good parent-child relationship，create a harmonious family atmosphere，in order to realize the child's health coordinated development to provide strong guarantee，help improve the parent-child relationship，is an important content of family education.

亲子关系是一个人一生中非常重要的一个人际关系，也是构建温馨家庭的一个关键要素，它对青少年的情感培养、认知能力提升等带来了极大的影响。青少年正处于从不成熟的童年向成年发展的一个过渡阶段，随着自我意识的不断提升发展，处于青春期阶段的孩子在心理认知方面存在着较为明显的波动性与闭锁性，在此期间，因为青春期身心发展等一些外在因素的影响，极易引起一些亲子纠纷与矛盾，会对来自家长的教导产生较强的抵触与抗拒心理，造成亲子关系僵化，给孩子的全面健康发展产生影响。大部分家庭都存在这样的问题与苦恼，这必然会对青少年的身心发展带来不利影响。

在这一阶段的家庭教育过程中，作为家长可以借助亲子阅读活动与孩子进行交流互动，营造和谐的家庭氛围，增进对孩子的了解，转变双方的观念。……
