摘 要 现代学徒制是提升技术技能人才质量的一个重要举措。在产业升级的背景下，根据口腔医学技术专业的现状，在构建校企交替的“四段式”学徒培养方案、打造“双导师”教学团队、建立现代学徒教学管理制度、学生管理制度与激励机制几个方面进行实践探索，并提出现阶段存在的主要问题与建议，旨在为产业升级背景下现代高职口腔医学技术专业的发展提供参考。

Abstract Modern apprenticeship is an important measure to improve the quality of talent training. Under the background of industrial upgrading， according to the development of dental technology， we are constructing a "four-stage" apprenticeship training program， creating a "dual tutor" teaching team， and establishing a modern apprenticeship management system， incentive mechanism to explore modern apprenticeship， and submit the main problems and suggestions， aiming to provide reference for the development of dental technology under the background of industrial upgrading.

现代学徒制是将传统的学徒训练与现代学校教育相结合的一种企业与学校合作的职业教育制度。学徒制是推动行业企业全面参与人才培养过程，实現专业设置与产业需求对接、课程内容与职业标准对接、教学过程与生产过程对接、毕业证书与职业资格证书对接、职业教育与终身学习对接“五对接”的人才培养模式。[1]根据教育部、广东省教育厅文件精神，2018年我校与深圳市家鸿口腔医疗股份有限公司联合进行口腔医学技术专业现代学徒制试点，采用现代学徒制共同培养能满足现代口腔技术发展需要的高素质技术技能人才。

1专业背景与发展现状

口腔医学技术专业是培养口腔修复体设计、制作、销售及技术支持等工作的高技能人才。随着我国逐步进入老龄化社会将促使口腔行业持续增长。据统计，2014年全国共有义齿加工企业2，771个，其中800家坐落华南区，每年口腔技术人才缺口巨大。……
