摘 要 疫情防控期间全国各地学校积极响应教育部“停课不停学”的号召，开展大规模在线教学活动。为深入了解线上教学实施情况和效果，本研究采用问卷调查法，对西安市某校学生进行调查研究，通过数据统计和分析，发现目前线上教学存在网络卡顿和信息化资源不足、教师信息技术能力不足、学生自主学习能力和自我管理能力较差、师生互动交流欠缺等问题，针对这些问题笔者提出相应的对策和改进建议，以期提高在线教学效果。

Abstract During the epidemic prevention and control period， schools across the country actively responded to the Ministry of Education's call of "keep learning during class suspension" and carried out large-scale online teaching activities. In order to deeply understand the implementation and effect of online teaching， this study adopts the method of questionnaire survey to investigate the students of a school in Xi'an. Through the data statistics and analysis， it is found that there are some problems in online teaching， such as network jam and information resources insufficiency， lack of information technology ability of teachers， poor self-learning ability and self-management ability of students， lack of interaction between teachers and students， aiming at these problems the author put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for improvement， in order to improve the effect of online teaching.

1问题提出

2020年伊始，新冠肺炎疫情暴发并持续蔓延，为做好疫情防控期间的教育教学工作，全国各地中小学积极响应“停课不停学”号召，[1]充分利用现代化教学手段，全面开展线上教学活动，推动信息化与教育教学的深度融合。[2]然而线上教学过程中教师、学生的积极性如何？线上教学的效果到底好不好？影响线上教学质量的因素有哪些？基于此，本研究以教育教学实践为契机，通过问卷调查和数据统计，了解当前中小学线上教学的实施情况、学生对线上教学效果的满意程度等，分析当前线上教学存在的问题并提出相应的对策和建议，期望为提高线上教学质量提供借鉴和参考。

2调查设计与实施

2.1 调查问卷设计

本研究在查阅大量线上教学的相关文献和咨询教育专家的基础上，编制了《中小学生线上学习情况调查问卷》，问卷主要由四部分组成，分别是基本信息、个人线上学习情况、在线学习满意程度调查和对线上教学的意见。……
