摘  要：对于一个小学阶段的班级来说，班主任是学生的主要领导者，管理者，是学生前行路上的主要风向标，是管理班级的主力军。一方面，班主任需要管理学生的学习状态以及学习成绩。另一方面，班主任需要管理学生的思想发展以及观念发展，促使学生能够形成正确的道德观，人生观以及价值观。班主任在对学生实施德育教育时，需要适当的创新理念。将德育工作与管育并重相互整合，升华德育教育的价值。

A Probe into the Practice of Moral Education of Class Teachers in Primary Schools under the Mode of Equal Pay in Management and Education

【Absrtact】For a class in primary school stage，the head teacher is the main leader and manager of students，the main wind vane on the way forward for students，and the main force for managing the class. On the one hand，the head teacher needs to manage students' learning status and academic performance. On the other hand，the head teacher needs to manage the students' ideological development and concept development，so as to promote the students to form a correct moral outlook，outlook on life and values. When the teacher in charge of a class implements moral education to the students，he needs appropriate innovative ideas. We should attach equal importance to moral education and management and integrate them to sublimate the value of moral education.

相比于其他普通老师而言，班主任的工作量极大，肩上的担子也更重。班主任需要负责学生的学习，但同时也要负责学生的发展。对于小学生而言，班主任是与其接触最为频繁的一个角色。其对于小学生会形成直接的影响。所以在德育教育工作中，班主任需要协调好自己与学生之间的关系，为学生树立正确的榜样，充分发挥自己的带头作用，促使学生身心的健康发展。

1.管育并重下的小学德育教育模式

在小学阶段的教育工作中，管理与教育占据着十分重要的位置。通过管理，班主任能够规范学生的意识，使之能够在认知形成的基础阶段，就形成规则思维以及规则习惯。通过教育，班主任可以让学生更深层次的理解管理的价值以及管理的内涵，愿意主动的配合班主任的指导。

小学阶段的学生并不具有较强的理性思维，很多时候他们会凭借自己的感性感受来决定事情。……
