摘  要：在现代教育理念中，幼儿阶段更应重视培养孩子的学习意识与学习能力，通过在幼儿园教育教学活动中将区域活动与领域活动优化整合，能够达成这一效果，并且顺应幼儿的身心发展规律，促进幼儿全面发展。而区域活动与领域活动的整合，需要从活动目标、活动材料以及活动内容三个方面着手，本文便结合笔者工作经验，对具体的整合措施展开深入分析。

【Abstract】In the modern education concept，children should pay more attention to the cultivation of children's learning consciousness and learning ability. Through the optimization and integration of regional activities and field activities in kindergarten education and teaching activities，we can achieve this effect，conform to the law of children's physical and mental development，and promote children's all-round development. The integration of regional activities and field activities needs to start from the three aspects of activity objectives，activity materials and activity content. This paper，combined with the author's work experience，makes an in-depth analysis of the specific integration measures.

幼儿教育的区域活动与领域活动的特性有一定差异，将两种活动进行整合能够形成优势互补。其中，区域活动有着辅助提高教学实效性与为幼儿创设自我探究环境的优势，但劣势也源自于其高度灵活性会导致活动比较散乱，完整性略显不足;而领域活动则有着规划制定顺应幼儿发展、凸显活动教学主体性与系统性的优势，劣势在于对幼儿自主探究关注不足。不难看出，这两种活动形式各有优劣，单独开展无法取得最佳教学效果，虽然两者在活动内容上有着显著差别，但并非没有整合的可能性。鉴于此，本文将从幼儿身心发展实际情况着手，科学整合幼儿教育的区域活动与领域活动，力求充分发挥二者优势，达到最佳幼儿教育效果。

1.以活动目标整合为指导

目标是教育行为的指引，因此目标的整合才能为教育活动整合形成指导。在幼儿园的教育活动中，教师开展领域活动与区域活动前都会制定相应的教育目标，而这两种活动由于内容、形式的不同，所以目标也存在差异，甚至两者毫无联系，更谈不上形成统一整体。……
