摘  要：针对小学生而言，思维能力较为薄弱，而数学是一门培养学生逻辑思维能力的学科。根据新课程改革的要求，不难看出，训练学生的质疑能力，提高其问题意识，属于小学数学教学工作当中的主要任务之一。当学生学会质疑和提问之后，能够主动进行思考和分析，加深对相关数学知识的理解，增加学生学习数学课程的兴趣和热情，有助于学生的全面发展，为培养综合型人才奠定了良好的基础，达到了既定的数学教学工作的目标。本文通过说明小学数学教学中学生问题意识和质疑能力培养工作开展的价值，同时提出了小学数学教学中学生问题意识与质疑能力的有效培养策略，从而有效提升小学数学教学中学生问题意识与质疑能力培养工作的总体水平。

【Abstract】As far as elementary school students are concerned，their thinking ability is relatively weak，and mathematics is a subject that cultivates students' logical thinking ability. According to the requirements of the new curriculum reform，it is not difficult to see that training students' questioning ability and improving their problem awareness is one of the main tasks in elementary school mathematics teaching. After students learn to question and ask questions，they can take the initiative to think and analyze，deepen their understanding of related mathematics knowledge，increase their interest and enthusiasm for learning mathematics courses，help students' overall development，and lay a good foundation for training comprehensive talents. The foundation has reached the established goal of mathematics teaching. This article explains the value of developing students problem awareness and questioning ability in elementary school mathematics teaching，and at the same time proposes effective strategies for cultivating students question awareness and questioning ability in elementary school mathematics teaching，so as to effectively improve students problem awareness and questioning ability training in elementary school mathematics teaching.
