摘  要：在社会快速发展的背景下，我国更加注重学生的全面发展，综合素质的提升能极大的开发幼儿们的心理，帮助幼儿们在新的时代发展条件下，真正的建立语言发展的基础，为幼儿们的进步和能力的提升带来更多的可能性。其中，在幼儿园语言教学工作中，教师应当注重培养幼儿的创造力，激发幼儿的思维以及想象力，促进幼儿健康成长和全面发展，真正的为幼儿们的能力的发展和进步提供相应的基础性条件。本文对幼儿园语言教学中培养幼儿创造力的价值的探究，再提出促进在幼儿园语言教学中培养幼儿创造力的可行性对策。

【Abstract】under the background of rapid social development，our country pays more attention to the all-round development of students. The improvement of comprehensive quality can greatly develop the psychology of children and help them to develop in the new era. Truly establish the foundation of language development，for children's progress and ability to bring more possibilities. Among them，in kindergarten language teaching，teachers should pay attention to cultivating children's creativity，stimulating children's thinking and imagination，and promoting children's healthy growth and all-round development. Truly for the development and progress of children's ability to provide the corresponding basic conditions. This paper explores the value of cultivating children's creativity in kindergarten language teaching，and puts forward feasible countermeasures to promote the cultivation of children's creativity in kindergarten language teaching.

处于幼儿时期的孩子正是培养其创造力的黄金时期，而教师应落实在各教学环节中重视和关注幼儿创造力的提升，其中，在幼儿园中，对幼儿们进行语言教学工作中也不例外。教师要以一种正确的眼光看待幼儿之间存在的差异性以及年龄特点，为幼儿营造一种良好的学习氛围，让每一个幼儿都更好地表现自己。教师也要善于鼓励和启发幼儿，让幼儿具备学习的勇气和信心，将培养学生的创造力当作主要教学内容之一，采用多样化的手段来确保教学的有效性，让学生在提升创造力的同时，具备良好的语言表达能力。
