摘  要：传统课堂与现代化教学之争是近年来高等教育教学所面临的重要课题，已有研究多从教学理念、教学手段、学习方式以及评价方式等教学组织过程阐述了两者碰撞与融合，忽略了学校、教师以及学生等教育主体的认知水平与主观能动性对教学模式选择的影响。文章从人的角度，系统阐明了不同教学主体在传统课堂与现代化教学中的活动差异，进而探讨“以人为本”视角下不同教学模式的融合思路，最终以中南大学“教学可视化”平台建设为例，介绍传统课堂与现代化教学融合的发展历程与效果，以期为新时代高等教育教学提供借鉴。

Abstract： It is a great issue of the controversy between traditional classroom and modern teaching in high education and teaching. Numerous previous studies depicted the difference and fusion of the two modes from the aspects of theory， technology， and evaluation， while they neglected the impacts of the human activities of university， teacher and student. Based on the systematic analysis on the activity difference of the teaching subjects， this study discusses the blending learning under the human-oriented perspective. Then， it introduces the platform of teaching visualization of the Central South University for guiding the high education and teaching in the modern world.

自2012年“慕课”等现代化教学手段出现以来，其在高等教育中的作用与定位引发了教育管理者与教师的广泛关注与讨论[1]。相对于课堂教学，“慕课”等现代化教学形式变得更加灵，学生可根据对课程知识的需求自主选择时间地点观看感兴趣的课程内容活;另一方面，传统课堂也具有其独特优势，尤其是师生直面互动效果更佳，有利于在师生共同营造的讨论、探究氛围中使学习内容进一步深入[2]。纵观高等教育的发展历程，教学方法的现代化是其所处时代的必然要求，而传统课堂所蕴藏的教学理念与思想传承则是确保教育健康可持续发展的重要保障。一味坚守“教师讲、学生听”的传统课堂已经不适应高等教育与社会发展需要，而完全摈弃课堂教学、代之以“慕课”容易弱化教师在教学组织中的主体地位，也不利于教学活动的实施[3]。……
