摘  要：户外自主游戏是现阶段幼儿园所采用的主要游戏形式之一，通过户外自主游戏能够帮助幼儿进行多方面发展，引导幼儿进行思维发散，不断提高幼儿的游戏兴趣，增强幼儿专注力，这些优点促使户外自主游戏成为幼儿园的主要游戏形式。教师在幼儿进行户外游戏时需抓准时机进行介入，促进幼儿主体性发展，提高教师专业化水平，在不打扰幼儿户外自主游戏自主性的基础上进行介入，通过多种介入形式对幼儿进行游戏指导。基于此，要准确把握大班幼儿户外自主游戏的介入时机，并找准介入方法，从而帮助幼儿进行主体性发展，保障游戏的完整性，保证幼儿游戏节奏和内容，实现幼儿的全方面发展。

Analysis of Teachers'Intervention Strategies in Outdoor Autonomous Games of Large Class Children

【Abstract】Outdoor autonomous game is one of the main game forms adopted by kindergartens at this stage. It can help children develop in many aspects， guide children to divergent thinking， constantly improve children's interest in games and enhance their concentration. These advantages make outdoor autonomous games become the main form of games in kindergartens. Teachers should seize the right opportunity to intervene in children's outdoor games， promote the development of children's subjectivity， improve the level of teachers' specialization， intervene on the basis of not disturbing children's autonomy of outdoor games， and guide children through various forms of intervention. Based on this， it is necessary to accurately grasp the intervention opportunity of large class children's outdoor autonomous games， and find out the intervention methods， so as to help children carry out subjective development， ensure the integrity of the game， ensure the rhythm and content of children's game， and realize the all-round development of children.

一般情况下，幼儿园游戏活动包括幼儿自发的娱乐游戏为目的的自主游戏活动和教师专门组织的以完成教学任务为目的的游戏活动。自主游戏是幼儿自由自主的活动，但并不意味著教师在幼儿进行游戏时可以袖手旁观，而是要通过准确介入为孩子们提供丰富游戏环境，并让幼儿按照自己的意愿自主选择游戏，帮助幼儿实现自主性独立性发展，从而提高幼儿的综合素质。
