【摘  要】运用积分制管理班级，为培养学生的管理能力打下了良好的基础，对提高学生学习精神，促进学生全面发展发挥了重要作用。教师要掌握积分管理的本质，抓住积分管理制度的关键，制定合理的方案促进学生发展;提升自己的专业水平之后，应用积分制并选择好的方式，让学生最大限度地调动自我管理的积极性，尽情享受自我管理的快乐。

Practical Analysis of Point System in Class Management of Primary School

【Abstract】The use of points system to manage classes has laid a good foundation for cultivating students' management ability， and has played an important role in improving students' learning spirit and promoting students' all-round development. Teachers must grasp the essence of point management， grasp the key to the point management system， and formulate a reasonable plan to promote student development; after improving their professional level， apply the points system and choose a good method to allow students to maximize the enthusiasm of self-management ， Enjoy the happiness of self-management.

隨着社会的发展，教育改革的展开，不同的教学方式涌现出来，积分制的出现使小学教学模式变得更加多元化，学生学习动力也能被很好地激发。小学是基础教育的第一阶段，是打好学生发展基础的关键时期，运用积分制管理班级能更好地激发学生的潜能，调动学生的学习积极性。可以说积分制是教育教学中的很重要的内容，弥补了应试教育下传统班级管理模式的缺点。积分制以学生自我管理并共同管理班级的模式被众多下小学教师广泛运用，效果显著，行之有效。在此文中，笔者将会对积分制在小学班级管理中的实践进行简单分析。

一、明确积分制展开前提，理清脉络

班级是学校的基本单位之一，想要管理好学校，就必须先管理好班级。一个轻松愉悦、氛围和谐、互帮互助的班集体，有利于促进学生的发展，能在一定程度上激发学生的学习兴趣、增强学习热情，有效形成自我学习、主动探究的良好局面。……
