【摘  要】语文教师往往兼任着班主任的职务，由于两项工作由一人承担，因此工作开展起来较为繁杂。但不可否认，语文教学与班级管理有着天然的不可分割的联系。将语文教学元素融入班级管理中，会极大地增强班级的凝聚力与向心力，为学生营造一个优质的学习氛围。本文以高中为例，提出高中班级管理中存在的问题，以及将高中语文教学融入班级管理的价值体现，并提出了一些将高中语文融入班级管理的基本策略，从而为广大身兼两职的高中教师们提供一些工作参考。

A Probe into the Integration of Chinese Teaching in Senior Middle Schools into Class Management

【Abstract】Chinese teachers often take the post of a class teacher concurrently. Since the two tasks are undertaken by one person， the work is complicated to carry out. But it is undeniable that there is a natural and inseparable connection between Chinese teaching and class management. The integration of Chinese teaching elements into class management will greatly enhance the cohesion and centripetal force of the class， and create a high-quality learning atmosphere for students. Taking high school as an example， this article puts forward the problems in high school class management， and the value of integrating high school Chinese teaching into class management， and puts forward some basic strategies for integrating high school Chinese into class management， So as to provide some work reference for the majority of senior high school teachers who are holding two positions.

班級管理的终极目标，是通过一些行之有效的方法给学生营造出一个良好的学习环境与氛围，从而完美地达成教学愿景。但班级管理是一个必须由教师和学生协同参与的过程，在高中班级管理中引进语文教学元素，能促使教师真正关爱学生，给学生一个平等而自由的班级管理模式，提升学生综合素养，并能使学生自主地参与到班级管理工作中去。

一、 高中班级管理中存在的问题及原因

班级管理是学校整体管理链条上的重要一环，班级管理的成效直接影响学校整体教学水准。目前，高中班级管理中存在着诸多问题，主要表现在以下几个方面。

（一）教师的班级管理理念落后

在高中阶段，依然有相当一部分语文教师兼班主任，受传统班级管理理念的束缚，缺乏对学生班级管理主体地位的尊重，班级管理中的民主氛围也是微乎其微。……
