[摘要] 2020教育部全面推进高校课程思政建设，在高校加强思政教育的背景下，中药制剂技术作为中药学专业的核心课程与时俱进，挖掘天津“卫药文化”资源与《中药制剂技术》课程德育资源，探索课程思政建设的有效路径，将“卫药文化”贯穿课程思政教学，深化校院企合作育人的实施，不断落实礼敬中华优秀中医文化精神，落实新时代中药现代化制剂生产技术技能人才培养的新需求，培育新时代具有创新进取、吃苦耐劳、精益求精的高技术医药人才。为深化教育教学改革、深化校院企合作育人模式、全面提高人才培养质量提供典型案例支持。

"Health Medicine Culture" running through the ideological and political exploration and practice of "Technology of Chinese Medicine Preparations"

[Abstract] In 2020， the Ministry of Education will comprehensively promote the ideological and political construction of college courses. In the context of strengthening ideological and political education in colleges and universities，as the core courses of TCM pharmacology， TCM preparation technology keeps pace with the times. Tianjin "Health Medicine Culture" resources and "Technology of Chinese Medicine Preparations" curriculum moral education resources are explored， and effective paths for curriculum ideological and political construction is investigated. "Health medicine culture" is made throughout the curriculum ideological and political teaching， the implementation of school-academy-enterprise cooperation and education is deepened，the spirit of popularizing and respecting China′s outstanding Chinese medicine culture，and the new needs of training talents for modern preparations of traditional Chinese medicine in the new era are consolidated. High-tech medical talents who are innovative， enterprising， hard-working， and striving for excellence in the new era are cultivated， so as to provide typical case support for deepening education and teaching reform，deepening school-academy-enterprise cooperation education model， and comprehensively improving the quality of talent training.

2016年全国高校思想政治工作座谈会中提出“做好高校思想政治工作，要用好课堂教学这个主渠道，提升思想政治教育亲和力和针对性，满足学生成长发展需求和期待，其他各门课要守好一段渠、种好责任田，使各类课程与思想政治理论课同向同行，形成协同效应[1]。2020年6月，教育部印发《高等学校课程思政建设指导纲要》[2]，全面推进高校课程思政建设，指明高校要深化教育教學改革，充分挖掘各类课程思想政治资源，发挥好每门课程的育人作用，全面提高人才培养质量。

课程思政是指在教学过程中将思想政治教育与教学内容有机融合[3]。在课程教学中，挖掘授课内容思想政治内涵要素，融合教学内容，注重知识、技能的培养与价值引领的统一，润物育人，全面提升人才培养质量，提高学生职业操守及道德水准。……
