[摘要] 目的 了解湖州市电外科相关科室护士对电外科设备的安全使用认知情况，并探讨影响安全使用认知的主要因素。 方法 2019年9—10月，采用分层便利抽样方法，采用一般资料问卷、美国外科能量设备网络培训课程问卷（FUSE）、知识需求问卷对湖州地区202名护士进行调查电外科设备安全使用认知情况、知识需求进行调查，并对结果进行统计分析。 结果 电外科相关科室护士对电外科设备安全使用认知的正确率为65.55%。年龄、医院级别以及不同科室的护士电外科设备安全使用认知正确率比较，差異有统计学意义（χ2=8.701、7.345、8.031，P=0.034、0.025、0.018），而性别、工作年限、职称、学历比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。护士希望得到的培训内容排名前三位的是电外科设备的正确操作流程、存放及维护以及使用注意事项。最希望获得的培训方式中对“老师传帮带”的需求最低，最高的是厂家授课。 结论 电外科相关科室护士对电外科设备安全管理认知水平整体有待提高，需要针对护士开展相应的电外科设备相关知识培训，以提高临床安全。

Analysis of nurses′ cognition of the safe use of electrosurgical equipment and its influencing factors

[Abstract] Objective To understand the cognition of the safe use of electrosurgical equipment among nurses in the electrosurgery departments in Huzhou City， and to explore the main factors that affect their cognition of safe use. Methods From September to October 2019， with convenient stratified cluster sampling method， the general information questionnaire， fundamental use of surgical energy（FUSE）， knowledge demand questionnaire were adopted to investigate 202 nurses in huzhou area for their cognition and knowledge demand of the safe use of electrosurgical equipment， and the results were statistically analyzed. Results The accuracy rate of nurses′ cognition of the safe use of electrosurgical equipment was 65.55%. In accuracy rate of nurses′ cognition of the safe use of electrosurgical equipment， there were statistically significant differences between their ages， hospital levels and departments（χ2=8.701， 7.345， 8.031， P=0.034， 0.025， 0.018）， while there were no statistically significant differences in their genders， working years， professional titles and educational backgrounds（P>0.05）. The top three training contents that nurses hope to get were： the correct operation process， storage and maintenance of electrosurgical equipment， and precautions for use. Among the most desirable training methods， the demand for "teacher passing through" is the lowest， and for "manufacturer′s teaching" is the highest. Conclusion The cognition level of nurses in relevant departments of electrosurgical equipment safety management needs to be improved as a whole， and corresponding knowledge training on electrosurgical equipment should be carried out for nurses in order to improve clinical safety.

随着临床技术的飞速发展和手术技术的需要，电外科设备已成为外科手术中不可缺少的重要组成部分，手术室内电外科设备的应用给外科手术带来了极大的便利[1-2]。但在手术过程中，由于电外科设备的频繁使用，由此引起的电外科相关不良事件也时有发生，不仅影响手术的正常进行，甚至危及患者及醫护人员的安全，包括皮肤灼伤、手术室火灾、干预起搏器和隐匿性电损伤[3-4]。因此……
