【摘    要】小学数学是一门基础课，是学生理解和学习数学的起点。在新时代，教师必须改变观念，更新教学思路，探索符合新课程和新时代的教育教学方法，从而使学生们对数学有正确的认识，指导学生进入数学之门，并产生学习兴趣，从而达到有效的教学效果。本文主要分析了有效策略在小学数学课堂中的重要性，在此基础上讲解了当前的小学数学教学中存在的问题，提出了可行性的解决方案，希望可以为有关人员提供到一定的参考和帮助。
