【摘    要】传统的幼儿教学过程中，教师主要依靠口头讲述为幼儿传授知识，这在一定程度上扼杀了幼儿的学习兴趣。随着时代的发展，现代信息技术手段的提高，人们的教育思想发生了根本性的转变，不同的教学方法如雨后春笋般涌现出来。在这众多先进的教学理念中，幼儿园区域活动混龄教育法契合了幼儿的心理特点，调动了幼儿学习的积极性。这种教学方法能让幼儿主动参与到区域活动的教学中，共同探究知识，养成自我管理和学习的良好习惯。幼儿园区域活动中，混龄教育的优势在于让幼儿取长补短，发挥各自的特长，进而取得最佳的学习效果。

Guiding Strategies for the Advantages of Mixed-age Education in Kindergarten Regional Activities

【Abstract】In the traditional early childhood teaching process， teachers mainly rely on verbal narration to impart knowledge to young children， which to a certain extent stifles young children’s interest in learning. With the development of the times and the improvement of modern information technology， people's educational thinking has undergone a fundamental change， and different teaching methods have sprung up. Among the many advanced teaching activity concepts， mixed-age education in the kindergarten area activities is unique， which fits the psychological characteristics of young children and mobilizes the enthusiasm of young children in learning. This teaching method allows young children to actively participate in the teaching of regional activities， explore knowledge together， and develop good habits of self-management and learning. In the kindergarten regional activities， the advantage of mixed-age education is that children can learn from each other's strengths， give play to their respective strengths， and achieve the best learning results.

幼儿教育当中，利用区域活动的优势，培养幼儿的各种能力，是幼兒教育教学的常用方法之一。如果把不同班级的幼儿混编在一起，让他们发挥各自的优势，就能取得最佳的教学效果。活动过程当中，因为是不同班级的幼儿混编在一起，所以需要教师精细地策划，认真地研究，科学地安排，才能取得最佳的活动效果。

一、区域活动中利用混龄教育的优势，培养幼儿的语言表达能力

混龄区域活动中，由于不同学段的幼儿混编在一起，他们各自不怎么了解，加上年龄的不同，给活动带来一定的难度，那么就需要教师在活动开始前制定好一个科学合理的活动计划，从而提高活动效率。利用区域活动的优势，把不同班级的幼儿混编在一起，让他们发挥各自的优势，能有效培养他们的语言表达能力。……
