【摘    要】学生积极心理品质是素质教育的重要内容，也是学生成长成才的基础保障。寄宿制学生积极心理品质的养成，要以正确认知为基础，良好行为为实践，有效促进寄宿制学生健康、积极、向上的知行统一。因此，要优化组合寄宿制学生家庭教育与学生积极心理品质培养，正确引导学生积极心理的发展，促进学生的自我完善与提升。

Optimizing Strategies for Home-school Education and Positive Psychological Quality of Boarding Students

【Abstract】The positive psychological quality of students is an important content of quality education， and it is also the basic guarantee for students to grow and become talents. The development of the positive psychological quality of boarding students should be based on correct cognition and good behavior as practice， so as to effectively promote the healthy， positive and upward unity of knowledge and behavior of effectively promote the healthy， positive， and upward unity of knowledge and behavior for boarding students.Therefore， it is necessary to optimize and combine the family education of boarding students and the cultivation of students' positive psychological quality，correctly guide students' positive psychological development， and promote students' self-improvement and promote.

家庭教育對学生积极心理品质的培养与发展至关重要，家长的教育态度和教育方式直接影响学生价值观的形成。寄宿制学生缺少正常的家庭教育活动，更加需要培养积极心理品质。培养学生积极心理品质，就要解决或减少学生的心理健康问题，要落实学生心理健康教育。学校和教师要适时把握学生心理教育时机，综合使用多样化的教育方法，构建学校、家庭、教师、学生相互支持和信任的和谐关系，培育学生积极心理品质，促进学生健康成长。

一、寄宿制学校学生积极心理品质培养中存在的问题

寄宿制学校学生积极心理品质培养中存在的主要问题：第一，学校教育和教师教学普遍重视学生文化教育，都全力以赴抓教学质量提升教学效益，很少关注学生的心理品质的培养和成长;第二，学生多元评价体系没有形成，不能运用评价帮助学生获得成功体验和成长快乐;第三，学校结合上级部门要求开展的时令性的心理健康教育活动存有局限，教育活动重形式轻实质，重纸质留痕轻成效落实，学生积极心理建设有待创新和开辟。……
