【摘    要】在英语科目教学中，听力训练是其中非常重要的环节之一，听力水平的提升能对学生英语综合实践水平的提升带来较大帮助。所以，教师应该组织效率更高的听力训练活动，构建合理适用的听力训练方案，使学生更快更好地把握提升听力水平的技巧，帮助学生不断提高自身的英语综合水平。基于此，本篇文章对初中英语听力教学现状及改善措施进行分析，以供参考。

An Analysis of the Status Quo and Improvement Measures of English Listening Teaching in Junior High Schools

【Abstract】In the teaching of English subjects， listening training is one of the very important links. The improvement of listening proficiency can bring greater help to the improvement of students' comprehensive practical level of English. Therefore， teachers should organize more efficient listening training activities， build a reasonable and applicable listening training program， so that students can grasp the skills of improving listening skills faster and better， and help students continuously improve their comprehensive English proficiency. Based on this， this article analyzes the current situation of junior high school English listening teaching and improvement measures for reference.

一、初中英語听力教学现状

（一）英语教师教学方法过于单一

教授英语科目的教师通常将英语试题当作听力教材开展对应的听力训练，其核心作用是更好地强化学生的听力水平，在对学生进行听力训练期间，教师一般会播放有关的音频，然后帮助学生根据听到的内容寻找正确答案。

不难看出，教师十分依赖于音频听力训练这一单调的模式，欠缺有效的英语学习手段和技能的教授，从而在很大程度上阻碍了学生英语听力水平的提升，也影响了初中生后续的学习状态，使英语听力训练沦为形式化，失去了意义和价值。

（二）缺乏情感教育

无论在任何科目的教学中，高质量的情感教学均起着关键性的作用。但是在对学生进行英语听力训练时，教师往往更注重英语教学的进程，忽略了情感教育对学生课上学习过程和学习成效的重要性。另外，在部分学生对英语科目形成恐惧心理后，教师并未实施有效开解和引导，欠缺与学生的密切沟通与交流，降低了英语听力训练的成效。……
