【摘    要】学习自我监控能力是学生学习能力的核心组成部分之一，主要指学习者为促进学习成功，提高学习效果，主动积极地运用调控元认知、动机和行为的过程。它使学生的学习成为一种超然于程序化学习之上的、随时监控与调节自身学习的能动式活动。自我监控能力对于促进学习成功，提高学习效果，培养终身学习的习惯具有非常重要的作用。因此，教师应培养学生的自我监控能力。本文就教学中提高小学生学习自我监控能力阐述了培养的途径和方法。

Ways and Methods of Cultivating Primary School Students' Self-monitoring Ability

【Abstract】Learning self-monitoring ability is one of the core components of students' learning ability. It mainly refers to the process by which learners actively use and regulate metacognition， motivation and behavior in order to promote learning success and improve learning effects. It makes students' learning a kind of active activity that is beyond procedural learning and monitors and regulates their own learning at any time. Self-monitoring ability plays a very important role in promoting learning success， improving learning effects， and cultivating lifelong learning habits. Therefore， teachers should cultivate students' self-monitoring ability.This article focuses on improving the learning self-monitoring ability of primary school students， and expounds the ways and methods of training in teaching.

作为学习能力的核心组成部分，自我监控能力对于促进学习成功，提高学习效果，培养终身学习的习惯具有非常重要的作用。小学生由于年龄偏小，心理发展水平相对低，自我监控能力比较差，许多学生虽然知道一些有效的学习方法，但不懂得如何选择和使用这些学习方法，或者选用了方法却无法持续地执行。本文着眼于提高小学生学习自我监控能力，阐述了教学中培养的途径和方法。

一、自我監控能力的概念

自我监控又被称为自我管理、自我控制、自我调整、自律性管理，是自我意识的重要成分。自我监控是指个体主动掌握自身的心理与行为，调整自己的动机与行动，以达到所预定的模式或目标的自我实现过程。它是人格特质的一个表现方面。
