【摘    要】虽然语文教学在基础教育的框架之内，学生所学习的内容也不算多，但学生之间已经出现了明显的分化现象，优秀的学生根本不需要教师的过度关注就能够取得良好的成绩，而基础較差的学生则需要教师大量的精力投入，为了能够满足不同水平学生的学习需求有必要实施分层教学。在本文中将重点介绍目前小学语文教学存在的问题以及实施分层教学的策略。

Research on the Practical Application of Hierarchical Teaching in Primary School Chinese Teaching

【Abstract】Although it is still within the framework of basic education， and the content of learning is not much， there has been an obvious phenomenon of differentiation among students. Excellent students can achieve good results without excessive interference from teachers， while students with poor foundation need a lot of energy from teachers. In order to meet the learning needs of students of different levels， it is necessary to we should implement hierarchical teaching. In this paper， we will focus on the problems existing in primary school Chinese teaching and the implementation of hierarchical teaching strategy.

在我国的传统教育模式当中强调对所有学生做到“一视同仁”，尽管其存在一定的积极意义，但是随着时代的发展，这种希望能够起到普适性作用的教学模式逐渐显现出弊端，特别是无法解决当下严重的分化问题，过于强调平均和平等容易让班级教学陷入低效的怪圈当中。

一、小学语文教学存在的问题

在过去的很长一段时间里，我国的小学教育在演变当中逐渐形成了一套固定成熟的教学模式，这种教学模式尽管在发展过程中不断调整，但其核心还是希望能够为所有学生都带来同等的教育体验，然而事与愿违，实际上，这种教学方法导致那些学习成绩优秀的学生在巩固完基础知识以后难以得到进一步的提升，而那些基础相对较差的学生又会因为教学节奏过快而感到吃力，所以说，这两部分学生就像是天平的两端，教师以其中任何一端作为教学考量都会直接导致另外一端受到不利影响，因此，只有采取分层教学才能很好地解决这一问题。……
