摘要高校研究生导学关系是研究生培养的关键要素。随着我国经济的飞速发展和社会的转型，高校的导学关系也在传统向现代的转变中发生着深刻的变化，同时面临着新的挑战。本文论述了近年来相关学者对高校导学关系的期望、影响因素与类型，以及导学关系异化的研究情况，并在此基础上提出了进一步加强高校导學关系建设的建议。

Status Analysis and Countermeasure Suggestions on Relationship between Tutors and Graduate Students

AbstractThe guidance relationship of university graduate students is the key element of graduate training. With the rapid development of China’s economy and the transformation of society， the guiding relationship of colleges and universities is also undergoing profound changes in the transformation from traditional to modern， while facing new challenges. This paper discusses the expectations，influencing factors and types of the University guidance relationship of the relevant scholars in recent years， as well as the research situation of the alienation of the guidance relationship， and on this basis， puts forward some suggestions to further strengthen the construction of the university guidance relationship.

1高校导学关系的期望、影响因素与类型

高校研究生导学关系是研究生培养的关键要素，是导师向学生讲授道理，传播知识，交流情感的基础。我国关于高校研究生对导师的期望研究，普遍表明理想中的导师应当具有高尚的品德、渊博的学识和亲切的关怀。贺静霞对武汉大学“我心中的好导师”参评材料的分析研究表明，受学生认可的理想导师包括学术权威型、和谐育人型和榜样垂范型。不同类型的导学关系在业务素质、工作态度、人格品质、师德师风、人际关系等方面体现了较高的共同点。[1]在更早的一些研究中，李俊峰、[2]孔春燕、[3]郑杰[4]等发现，研究生对导师的理想与期望主要包括道德品质高尚、治学态度严谨、关心爱护学生等。可见近十几年来，对理想的研究生导师品质和形象特点的建构比较稳定。

关于影响导学关系的主要因素方面的研究，现有研究主要从导师、制度和社会环境三个角度切入，其中以导师作为影响导学关系主要因素的研究为多。……
