摘要留守儿童是经济社会发展不均衡，城乡二元体制发展发展下的一个产物。农村留守儿童普遍存在学习成绩不理想，安全意识淡薄，自信心不足，人际交往障碍等问题。本文以义务支教地留守儿童的健康发展状况为切入点，分析其各类问题产生的原因，在此基础上从政府、社会、学校、家庭等方面对留守儿童健康发展问题提出相应解决对策。

On the Healthy Development of Left-behind Children in Rural Areas

——Take the left-behind children in a university support area as an example

AbstractLeft-behind children is a product of the unbalanced economic and social development and the development of urban and rural dual system. The problems of poor academic achievement， weak safety consciousness， lack of selfconfidence and interpersonal communication are common problems among the left behind children in rural areas. This paper takes the health development of left-behind children as the starting point，analyzes the causes of various problems， and puts forward corresponding solutions to the health development of left-behind children from the aspects of government， society， school and family.

随着经济社会的发展，城镇化进程不断加快，农村地区经济发展相对缓慢落后，部分农民无法在农村的经济发展中获得足以支撑维持开支的报酬，而不得不离开家乡。大批农村劳动力向城市转移，而他们的子女因为种种原因被留在户籍地而不能与父母共同生活，由此产生了留守儿童。留守儿童是经济社会发展不均衡，城乡二元体制发展下的一个产物。随着乡村振兴战略的不断发展，留守儿童在逐年减少，但是在经济欠发达地区，留守儿童问题仍然较为严重。本文在多年乡村支教经验的基础上，通过对支教地留守儿童家庭的调研走访，分析当前形势下留守儿童健康发展的现状，存在的问题及原因，重点对解决农村留守儿童的发展问题提出相应对策及建议。

“暖阳计划”是我校青年志愿者服务队针对偏远地区儿童开展的一项支教项目，此项目自2014年开展至今，将短期支教和长期支教相结合，重点针对偏远农村的小学留守儿童，以暑假长期支教为主，日常短期支教为辅。……
