摘要职业决策困难是个体在做出职业相关决定时遭遇困难和挑战，直接影响个体的就业质量和未来职业发展方向。为深入了解高职大学生当前的职业决策困难现状，本研究对1244名高职大学生进行了问卷调查。针对调查呈现的问题，笔者提出具有针对性的教育建议，以期为高职院校职业生涯指导教育提供参考。

AbstractCareer decision-making difficulties refer to the difficulties and challenges encountered by individuals in making career-related decisions， which directly affect the employment quality and future career development direction. In order to deeply understand the current situation of vocational college students’ career decision-making difficulties， this study conducted a questionnaire survey among 1244 vocational college students. For the problems presented by the survey， the author puts forward some specific educational suggestions， in order to provide reference for career guidance education in higher vocational colleges.

1问题提出

高校的扩招，一方面让更多的人能够接受高等教育，另一方也带来了庞大的高校毕业生群体。目前因为疫情等众多原因，大学生就业形势也日趋严峻。2018年高校毕业生人数达820万人次，创历史新高。根据麦可思研究院发布的《2019年中国大学生就业报告》，中国高职高专大学生在就业稳定度、就业满意度、专业与工作匹配度上明显低于本科毕业生。[1]有研究表明，这大学生群体不同的职业决策有关。职业发展理论认为，对于即将步入社会的大学生来说，探索、选择和投身某一职业是其人生发展的主要任务，关系到他们未来的职业发展方向及生活满意度水平。然而，一些高职大学生可以做出合适的、自己满意的职业选择，而一些学生却面临着职业决策困难的问题。职业决策困难是指为个体在做出职业相关决定时遭遇困难和挑战的经历。[2]研究发现，职业决策困难会对个体的个人、社会和职业生活产生负面影响，比如降低个体职业选择的质量和满意度，损害工作成就，甚至是主观幸福感。……
