摘 要 随着教育体制的不断发展，我国的高等教育也在随之发展，其服务水平也在不断提高。但是在目前的教学和管理层面上，高等教育在服务于社会的过程之中仍然存在着一些问题，使得目前的高等教育服务不能够完全满足国家对高等教育服务的基本发展标准。本文将以实现高等教育的重要意义为着手点，针对目前高等教育服务的教学层面及管理层面进行分析，从而提出相应加强教学层面和管理层面的高等教育服务措施，以此促进目前高等教育的发展。

Abstract With the continuous development of education system， the higher education in our country is developing， and the service level is also rising. But in the current teaching and management level， higher education in service in the society still exist some problems， making the current higher education service can not fully meet the national standard on the basic development of higher education service for. The in order to realize the importance of higher education for starting point， focuses on analysis of the current service of higher education teaching level and management level， so as to put forward corresponding to strengthen the level of teaching and management of higher education service measures， so as to promote the development of higher education.

实现高等教育的目的是为了服务于社会，并且培养各个专业的人才，从而促进社会的整体发展。但是目前的高等教育服务发展现状并不能够满足社会发展的实际需求，仍然存在着教学层面上和管理层面上的问题。本文将针对教学和管理层面的高等教育服务这一课题进行探索，从而提出关于教学和管理层面上的高等教育服务思考分析，希望能够加强高等教育服务能力的同时顺应社会时代发展的要求，培养出符合社会需要的专业人才。

1 高等教育的重要意义

我国的高等教育大致可分为四个不同的层次，专科生、本科生、硕士生以及博士生，但无论是哪个层次，高等教育其本质都是为了培养专业化的人才，促进社会的进一步发展，推动国家进步。
