[摘要] 目的 分析风险护理与细节管理在老年病护理中的应用价值。方法 将于2018年8月—2019年7月该院收治的老年病患者共有120例作为研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组60例，对观察组给予风险护理与细节管理，对照组患者实施常规护理干预，对比观察两组患者护理依从性、护理满意度、患者生活质量、护理不良事件发生率。结果 观察组总满意度、护理依从率、生活质量等各项评分均高于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组患者护理不良事件发生率（3.33%）明显低于对照组患者护理不良事件发生率（18.33%），差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 将风险护理与细节管理融入在老年病护理中，降低护理不良事件的发生率，使患者的生活质量提升，使患者积极治疗，提升患者的护理满意度。

Application Research of Risk Nursing and Detail Management in Geriatric Care

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the application value of risk nursing and detail management in geriatric care. Methods A total of 120 elderly patients will be admitted to the hospital from August 2018 to July 2019 as observation objects. They will be randomly divided into observation group and control group， with 60 patients in each group. The research group will be given risk care and detailed management and the control group underwent routine nursing intervention， and the two groups were compared and observed the nursing compliance， nursing satisfaction， patient quality of life， and the incidence of adverse nursing events. Results The scores of total satisfactions， nursing compliance rate and quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group （P<0.05）. The incidence of adverse nursing events in the observation group （3.33%）was significantly lower than that in the control group（18.33%）， the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion The integration of risk care and detailed management into geriatric care can reduce the incidence of adverse nursing events， improve the quality of life of patients， enable patients to actively treat， and improve patient care satisfaction.

隨着医疗卫生条件不断的提升，我国的人口寿命逐渐延长，我国人口在逐年趋于老龄化，人口老龄化导致老年人慢性病的患病率以及发病率急速上升。我国老年病多发于心血管疾病，加上老年人的年纪过大，身体机能呈现出明显的衰退迹象，在诊疗的过程中会存在一些安全隐患，如护理不当会造成恶性事件及医疗纠纷等事故发生，因此需要根据这些安全隐患展开展探讨，制定出规范化、科学化的护理流程及护理实施细则，保证护理质量，提升护理的有效性和护理效率。同时，应利用风险护理与细节管理使临床护理更加人性化以及灵活化，充分展现‘以人为本的护理理念，从护理中的微小处入手，多角度、细致化的对老年患者实施针对性的护理，在老年患者治疗后给予相应的护理措施以及细节管理，以此提升老年患者的治疗效果，使老年患者能够持续保持良好的心理状态，全面提升护理效用及护理的安全性，及提升老年患者的身体健康指数。……
