[摘要] 随着国家卫生健康委《醫院智慧服务分级评估标准体系》的颁布，北京中医医院的后勤管理者依托互联网、云计算等现代信息技术，为实现“智慧医院”的智慧服务与智慧管理进行不断地研究与探索，努力把最新的科技成果运用到医院的后勤管理中，为打造“智慧医院”献计献策。该文通过智慧卫生间的建设、后勤一站式服务综合管理系统的建设与升级、基于节能设计的灯光控制管理系统，以及医院地下管网的数字化管理几方面的实践，阐述在建设智慧医院过程中取得的成果，以及智慧医院带给人们的优质、高效、便利的服务体验和节能环保的智能化管理方向。

Research and Practice of Smart Hospital in Hospital Logistics Management

[Abstract] With the promulgation of the "Hospital Smart Service Classification and Evaluation Standard System" by the National Health Commission， the logistics managers of Beijing Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital rely on modern information technologies such as the Internet and cloud computing to realize the smart services and smart management of the "smart hospital" to carry out continuous research and exploration， and strive to apply the latest scientific and technological achievements to the logistics management of the hospital， and provide suggestions for building a "smart hospital". Through the construction of smart toilets， the construction and upgrade of logistics one-stop service integrated management system， the lighting control management system based on energy-saving design， and the practice of digital management of the underground pipeline network of the hospital， to explain the process of building a smart hospital of several achievements have been made， as well as the high-quality， efficient and convenient service experience that the smart hospital brings to people and the intelligent management direction of energy saving and environmental protection.

“智慧医院”的概念是近些年才提出的，它旨在把人工智能互联网等现代科技应用于医疗领域，医院都在这方面进行着探索。2019年国家卫生健康委颁发了《医院智慧服务分级评估标准体系》，作为推进智慧医院建设和改善医疗服务的参考。它提出“智慧医院”涵盖三大领域：智慧医疗、智慧管理、智慧服务。智慧管理应用在医院后勤管理中，管理者使用手机或电脑可以看到全院设备设施的运转状态，便于医院后勤管理的精细化及成本核算管理。智慧服务可以对患者做出信息提示，患者亦可使用医院的自助机或自己的手机进行预约挂号、预约诊疗、费用结算等，让患者感受到前所未有的方便与快捷[1]。……
