[摘要] 全国健康与卫生大会中进一步强调了新时期社会大众健康的重要性，并将其作为其他战略实施的先决条件，以期进一步推动国人健康水平。新的时期，人们的生活水平有了变化，习总书记也曾指出坚持基础医疗的重要意义，将国人的健康纳入相关政策之中，积极努力推动实现全民共建共享。新形势下，传统形式的医疗机制需要发生新的转变，这也给整个医疗行业带来了巨大的变革压力，但同时也存在着巨大的发展机遇。对于从业人员进行必要的思政工作尤为关键，结合当前医改相关内容，坚定不移地坚持公益性原则，积极探索、实现新时期新容颜，努力创新医疗卫生行业思想政治工作方法和策略，保障医改不断稳步推进。

[Abstract] The National Health and Sanitation Congress further emphasized the importance of public health in the new era and used it as a prerequisite for the implementation of other strategies in order to further promote the health of the people in the country. In the new era， people's living standards have changed. General Secretary Xi also pointed out the importance of adhering to basic medical care， including the health of the people in relevant policies， and actively working to promote the realization of shared construction and sharing by the whole people. Under the new situation， the traditional form of medical mechanism needs to undergo new changes， which has also brought tremendous pressure for change to the entire medical industry， but there were also huge development opportunities. It is particularly critical for practitioners to carry out necessary ideological and political work. Combining the relevant content of the current medical reform， unswervingly adhere to the principle of public welfare， actively explore and realize a new look in the new era， and strive to innovate the ideological and political work methods and strategies of the medical and health industry to ensure medical reform to advance steadily.

目前我國正处于社会主义转型发展关键阶段，经济发展进入新常态，国内医疗行业改革也进入了深水区。面对新时期变革的一系列问题，习近平总书记在全国卫生与健康大会上强调，务必坚定不移地推动健康中国建设工作，积极努力就全方位多角度保障国人的身体健康，共绘健康美好的中国蓝图[1]。健康中国美好蓝图，不仅凝聚着政府、社会和人民群众的共同理想，体现党对人民的郑重承诺，更进一步增强医疗卫生行业攻坚克难的信心和决心，全社会各阶层人员也应当为了实现这一共同理想而奋斗，这也是新时期党对人民的承诺。……
