[摘要] 农村卫生人才培养存在诸多的问题，包括卫生人员综合素质差，人才结构配置不合理、缺乏切实可行的人才培养方案以及缺乏科学的评价机制等。针对以上问题，该文提出了相应的护理措施，包括提高卫生人员的综合素质，合理配置人才结构，制定现实可行的人才培养方案以及建立健全科学的评价机制、提高农村卫生人才的自我认同感以及建立城市支援农村的制度等，旨在提高农村卫生人才培养水平，促进我国农村卫生事业的长足发展。

Analysis of the Problems and Countermeasures in the Training of Rural Health Personnel

[Abstract] There are many problems in rural health personnel training in reality， including the poor comprehensive quality of health personnel， the irrational allocation of talent structure， the lack of practical talent training programs and the lack of scientific evaluation mechanism， etc.， in response to the above problems， this round proposed corresponding nursing measures， including improving the comprehensive quality of health personnel， reasonable configuration of the talent structure， formulate realistic and feasible talent training programs， establish a sound scientific evaluation mechanism， improve the self-identity of rural health professionals， and establish a system for urban support to the countryside. To improve rural health level of talent training， which will promote the rapid development of rural health services in China.

农村卫生事业是我国卫生事业的重要组成部分，对我国广大农民的生命健康具有重要的意义，发展农村卫生事业有助于夯实我国卫生事业的质量，有助于维护农民的身体健康素质，同时也是我国新医改、建设社会主义新农村的重要内容。农村卫生事业的发展离不开农村卫生人才的支持，尽管我国在支持农村卫生人才培养方面，提供了巨大的资金以及智力支持，取得了较为显著的进步，但是就目前的情况来看，我国农村卫生事业的从业人员少而且总体素质低，人才配置不合理，在农村卫生人才的培养方面存在较多的问题，为了进一步促进农村卫生人才的培养水平以及农村卫生事业的发展，该文将对我国农村卫生事业人才培养的问题以及对策进行简要探讨。
