[摘要] SPOC，即小规模限制性在线课程，将信息技术与在校教育教学深度融合，有效提升了教学效果。该研究结合SPOC特点和医学专科院校教学改革实际需求，在西医内科学教学中采用SPOC混合式教学模式，对教学前期准备、过程实施和评价体系做了探索实施，对教学效果和师生回馈信息进行了反思总结，为进一步促进临床医学教学模式的改革提供了借鉴。将SPOC混合教学模式应用于教学实际，提升了西医内科学的教学质量，适应新世纪高等医学教育发展的趋势和要求。

Practice and Reflection on Adopting SPOC Mixed Teaching Mode in Western Medicine Teaching

[Abstract] SPOC， the small-scale restricted online course， deeply integrates information technology with school education and teaching， effectively improving the teaching effect. This research combines the characteristics of SPOC and the actual needs of the teaching reform of medical colleges and universities， adopts the SPOC mixed teaching mode in the teaching of western medicine internal medicine， explores and implements the pre-teaching preparation， process implementation and evaluation system， and gives feedback to the teaching effect and teachers and students. The information is reviewed and summarized， which provides a reference for further promoting the reform of clinical medicine teaching mode. Applying the SPOC mixed teaching mode to teaching practice improves the teaching quality of western medicine internal medicine and adapts to the trends and requirements of the development of higher medical education in the new century.

西醫内科学是一门综合性非常强的课程，目前的教学模式仍然以传统的课堂讲授理论的模式为主，存在教学方式落后，教学效果欠佳等现状。小规模限制性在线课程（small private online courses，SPOC）是目前新兴的有别于传统课堂的在线教育模式，借助现代互联网教育技术，将知识认知与探索贯穿于线上、线下两种教学中，很好地实现了翻转课堂教学。将SPOC模式应用于《西医内科学》教学，有利于传统课堂转型，变革教学结构。山东中医药高等专科学校西医临床教研室在西医内科学教学中，依托优慕课网络教学平台，采用SPOC混合教学模式，取得了良好的教学效果，实现教学创新，提升教学质量。在课程结束后，通过教学过程的回顾和学生调查问卷，对实际应用效果作了总结与反思，取得了一定的实践经验，现报道如下。……
