[摘要] 目的 评价精细化管理方面干预措施实行于医院心内科临床护理管理工作中的价值。方法 参比组计算指标资料源自2018年2—11月该医院心内科就职的12名护理工作人员，开展传统管理方面干预措施，实验组计算指标资料源自2019年2—11月该医院心内科就职的12名护理工作人员，开展精细化管理方面干预措施，调查各个组别护理工作人员的小组管理质量评定分值、健康宣教质量评定分值、急救物件管理质量评定分值、安全方面護理质量评定分值、饮食方面指导质量评定分值。结果 实验组护理工作人员的小组管理质量评定分值（8.31±0.90）分、健康宣教质量评定分值、急救物件管理质量评定分值、安全方面护理质量评定分值、饮食方面指导质量评定分值比较参比组研究分数值上升，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 在医院心内科临床护理管理工作中运行精细化管理方面干预措施展示较优管理效果。

Application of Fine Management in Nursing Management of Cardiology Department

[Abstract] Objective To evaluate the value of the intervention measures of fine management in the clinical nursing management of the hospital cardiology department. Methods The calculation index data of the reference group was derived from February to November 2018 in the 12 nursing staff employed in the cardiology department of this hospital to carry out traditional management interventions. The calculation index data of the experimental group was derived from February to November 2019， the 12 nursing staff who took office in the Department of Cardiology of the hospital carried out interventions in fine management， and investigated the group management quality evaluation scores， health promotion and education quality evaluation scores， and first aid items management quality assessment score， safety nursing quality assessment score， diet guidance quality assessment score of nursing staff in each group. Results Comparison of group management quality evaluation scores（8.31±0.90）points， health education quality evaluation scores， emergency object management quality evaluation scores， safety nursing quality evaluation scores， dietary guidance quality evaluation scores of the experimental group's nursing staff value increased， the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion Intervention measures in the operation of refined management in the clinical nursing management of the hospital cardiology department showed better management effects.

心内科疾病具有比较多的类型，患病机理具有一定复杂性，发病危险因素比较多，心内科疾病患者病情相对复杂，容易出现病情反复发作，其护理干预服务风险性较高，心内科疾病患者预后情况多不佳[1]。所以，为心内科疾病患者开展积极护理管理干预非常重要，有利于改善护理管理干预效果，促使心内科疾病患者机体尽快恢复[2]。然而，常规护理管理干预方法难以得到理想管理效果[3]。精细化管理方面干预方法属于较新的一种管理方式，有助于提升护理管理质量。下文分别于2018年2—11月、2019年2—11月抽选该医院心内科就职的12名护理工作人员用作数据值调查分析资料，探究精细化管理方面干预措施开展在医院心内科临床护理管理工作中的意义，现报道如下。……
