摘  要：体育游戏是一种现代化的体育教学辅助手段，其将学生体力、智力、身心娱乐等融为一体，要求以学生身体训练为基础，以游戏为主要手段，全面促进学生发展。体育游戏具有形式多种多样、内容丰富等特点，将其应用到高中体育教学中，可以在很大程度上促进学生的身心健康发展，并且能有效培养学生坚韧品质，这对于学生今后发展有极大帮助。对此，下面就体育游戏在高中体育教学应用现状及应用对策展开分析。

Abstract： Sports game is a kind of modern auxiliary means of physical education teaching， which integrates students' physical strength， intelligence， physical and mental entertainment and so on. It requires students' physical training as the basis and games as the main means to promote the development of students in an all-round way. Sports games have a variety of forms， rich content and other characteristics. The application of sports games in senior high school physical education teaching can promote the development of students' physical and mental health to a great extent， and can effectively cultivate students' tenacity quality， which is of great help to the development of students in the future. In view of this， the following analyzes the application status and application countermeasures of physical education games in senior high school physical education.

隨着教学改革的全面推进，在学校教育教学活动中，各个学科都做出了相应调整，以期契合新课改要求。在高中教育中，体育学科是十分重要的一门课程，其对于学生身体素质、心理健康、意志品质等的发展都有极大影响。由于高中生普遍都存在爱玩的心理，游戏是每一个学生都喜欢的活动，因此，在高中体育教学中，教师可以尝试将体育游戏应用到课堂教学中，让学生在体育游戏中全面掌握体育知识及技能，促进学生终身体育观念的形成。

1  体育游戏对高中体育教学的影响

在高中体育教学中，体育游戏发挥着十分重要的作用。首先，通过体育游戏可以显著提高学生的体育学习热情，体育教师在日常教学中，组织学生开展相对应的体育游戏，能引导学生更好地走出教室，走入操场，与同伴一起快乐的游戏，共同锻炼身体，这样学生会更加愿意参与到活动中，积极主动地配合教师的教学行为，极大地提高了高中体育教学效果。……
