摘 要 通过对某医学院校近五年毕业生的创业情况进行调查与分析，得出医学院校学生创业与专业相关度较高、近五年内毕业时间越长创业人数越多。对潜在创业大学生提出要注重培养自身的创业素质、在行业内进行多年的积累后再创业、创业要与所学专业相结合。对学校提出要做好顶层设计，提供组织和制度保障；完善创新创业课程体系；强化师资队伍建设，提高创业教学水平；创设实践平台，广泛提供创业实践机会。

Abstract Through the five years investigation and analysis of the entrepreneurial situation of graduates in a medical college， it is concluded that the students' Entrepreneurship is closely related with the majors and the number is developing with graduate years. It is suggested that college students with entrepreneurial intention should pay attention to train their own entrepreneurial quality and accumulate working experience. Entrepreneurship should be combined with the majors. Higher Education Institutions should provide the following supports： top level design， organizational and institutional guarantee， innovation and entrepreneurship curriculum system， qualified teaching staff and a practical platform for innovation and entrepreneurship. Create a practical platform to provide a wide range of entrepreneurial opportunities.

在经济、政治和文化日益全球化和国际化的今天，发展创业型经济已经成为国际共识，而高校是进行创业教育和实践、培养创业人才的重要阵地。其中美国是最早开始开展高校创业教育的国家，对创业理论、创业训练和实践等建设都非常重视。[1]在英国，大学为创业者们也提供了足够的场地和指导。[2]而我国由于起步较晚，高校的创业教育工作还正处在摸索和完善阶段。

广义的“创业”指“创造新的事业的过程”。狭义的创业指“创建一个新企业的过程”。[3]近年来，在国家大学生数量快速增长以及国家经济转型的背景下，提出了深化高校创新创业教育改革，以创业带动就业的发展战略。大学生的创业会受到诸多因素的影响，本文以某医学类院校为例，对近年来该学校大学生的创业情况进行分析，期望通过分析对医学类院校的创业教育和创业实践有所启示。……
