摘 要 为进一步改革中医药人才培养方式，提高人才培养质量，加强地方经济社会发展服务水平，进一步加强“以学生为中心”的教育教学理念，云南中医学院于2014年，以云南中医药学的杰出代表人物——“吴佩衡”、“兰茂”为名，成立了中医学“佩衡班”和中药学“兰茂班”两个教学改革班级。本课题组针对四届教改班的运行现状开展调研，陈述分析调研统计结果，从不同角度探索教改班培养模式改革中存在的问题并提出对策。

Abstract In order to further reform the training methods of Chinese medicine talents， improve the quality of personnel training， strengthen the service level of local economic and social development， and further strengthen the "student-centered" education and teaching concept， Yunnan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2014， as an outstanding representative of Yunnan traditional Chinese medicine ——The names of "Wu Peiheng" and "Lanmao" established two teaching reform classes： Chinese medicine "Peiheng class" and Chinese medicine "Lanmao class". The research team conducted research on the current status of the four reforms， and analyzed the results of the survey and research， and explored the problems existing in the reform of the reform mode of the reform and the countermeasures from different angles.

近年來，随着中医药逐渐发展上升为国家战略，以及“大健康时代”带来的旺盛的市场需求，使得中医药事业发展迎来了一个重要的战略机遇期，同时也给高等中医药教育，特别是中医药人才培养模式提出了深度变革要求。《中华人民共和国中医药法》指出：中医药教育应当遵循中医药人才成长规律，以中医药内容为主，体现中医药文化特色，注重中医药经典理论和中医药临床实践、现代教育方式和传统教育方式相结合。[1]

为进一步改革中医药人才培养方式，提高人才培养质量，更好地服务地方经济社会发展，云南中医学院在2014年开设中医学“佩衡班”和中药学“兰茂班”两个教学改革班级，希望通过加强培养学生的中医药思维能力和实践技能，造就“重经典、强技能、勤实践、厚人文”的中医药高素质专业人才。为深入了解教改班运行情况，评……
