摘 要：当前，我国成人教育中土木工程专业已经走上了正规渠道，但是要想在企业竞争中赢得主动权，必须要培养专门的土木工程专业人才，但是这对于成人教育土木工程专业教育来说必然会与高等教育存在差别。因此，要想培养出专业技术型的土木工程专业人才，成人教育必须在现有的基础上对土木工程专业的的教育教学模式进行改革。文章主要剖析成人教育土木工程专业教学体系存在的问题，并提出相关教育教学改革的措施，希望能够培养出更多优秀的土木工程专业人才。

Abstract： At present， civil engineering majors in adult education in China have embarked on formal channels. However， in order to win the initiative in enterprise competition， it is necessary to train specialized civil engineering professionals， but this is inevitable for adult education civil engineering education. There is a difference between it and higher education. Therefore， in order to cultivate professional and technical civil engineering professionals， adult education must reform the education and teaching model of civil engineering on the existing basis. The thesis mainly analyzes the problems existing in the teaching system of civil engineering majors in adult education， and proposes relevant education and teaching reform measures， thus cultivating more excellent civil engineering professionals.

成人教育土木工程專业的发展随着现代社会的进步而不断完善。虽然在短时间之内取得了一定的效果，但是与高校土木专业相比较还是有一定的差距。所以，成人教育土木工程专业必须进行优化改革。提高成人教育培训的质量，提出教学改革的新模式。

一、土木工程专业成人教育改革存在的问题

（一）国家对土木工程成人教育投入不足

我国教育部分对待成人教育高校土木工程专业的态度与高等院校土木工程专业的态度上存在差别，二者财政拨款的配置有“天上”和“地下”之分。因此，一些学校必须获得经济收益来维持学校运作。对于这一部分院校来说，他们首要任务就是招生，如果招不到学生就意味着没有经济资金来源，那么学校也就难以维持[1]。……
