摘 要：军民融合是国防和军队建设的重要途径，对军队土木工程专业人才的培养也具有重要意义。文章从军事土木工程专业特点和人才培养需求入手，在军民融合的战略背景下提出了军事设施建设特殊人才、军事土木通用型人才、军事土木实用型人才以及部队在职营房干部的培养途径和措施，对军民融合下军事土木工程专业人才培养模式的发展具有一定意义。

Abstract： Army - civilian integration is a critical path of national defense and army building. And it is also of great significance to talent cultivation of military civil engineering. Drawing on the characteristics of military civil engineering and the demand of talent training， this thesis presents the training methods and measures for special talents of military facilities construction， general talents of military civil engineering， practical talents of military civil engineering and officers serve in barracks office were proposed under the background of army - civilian integration， which has certain significance for the development of military civil engineering talents training mode under the integration of civilian-military.

军民融合是国防和军队建设的重要途径，习主席站在时代发展前沿，将军民融合上升为国家战略，为军民融合深度发展指明了方向。在当前国际军事变革日益深化、周边形势多变复杂、我军使命不断拓展的大背景下，仅凭借自身力量建设发展已经难以适应国防和军队建设需求，只有坚定不移地走军民融合发展之路，使人才能够走出去、引进来，才能为强军兴军提供持久强劲的发展动力[1，2]。

一、军民融合对军队土木工程人才的要求

军队建设需要大量的土木工程专业人才。新的战争环境下，战争形式多样，环境场地多变，因此，这也对军事工程提出了较高的要求。无论是机场、营房的建设及其他防护设施的建设，还是战时的抢修抢建，都需要专业的设计、施工、管理人才。基于此，本文对军民融合战略背景下军队土木工程专业人才培养模式进行深入的探讨
