摘 要 翻转课堂是“互联网+教育”发展的产物，给教育界带来巨大变革。职业生涯规划课程是职业院校新生必修课，传统授课方式的效果不理想。翻转课堂引入到职业生涯规划课堂中，进行教学方法改革实践尝试，发现学生学习兴趣被最大程度的激发，学生的主体地位得以体现，教学效果显著增强。

The Practice of the Flipped Class in the Career Planning Course

Abstract Flipped classroom is the product of the development of "Internet + Education"， bringing great changes to the education sector. Career planning course is a required course for freshmen in vocational colleges； the traditional teaching methods are not effective. Flipped classroom into the career planning classroom， the practice of teaching methods of reform and found that student interest in learning was the greatest extent stimulated， the student's dominant position can be reflected in the teaching effect was significantly enhanced.

2015年，李克强总理在政府工作报告中首次提出制订“互联网+”行动计划，要推动移动互联网、云计算、大数据、物联网等与现代制造业结合，促进电子商务、工业互联网和互联网金融健康发展，引导互联网企业拓展国际市场。[1]“互联网+”已经深入到社会各领域，全面助力国家经济社会飞速发展。当“互联网+教育”相结合时，教育行业发生了巨大的变化，“互联网+教育”逐渐引起了国内的高度关注。如何有效利用“互联网+”这一新时代利器助推教育质量的提升，是摆在当前教育界面前的重大课题。

1 翻转课堂内涵

翻转课堂就是在“互联网+教育”背景下应运而生的一大新的教学方式，主要是指以信息化平台为基础，在上课前教师通过提供信息资料包、要解决的问题和自测题的方式，让学生采用自主学习的方式提前熟悉课程内容；课堂上，学生分组讨论，教师解疑释惑、归纳总结；课后以信息化平台为基础，通过做练习测试题，检验课程内容掌握程度。由于此种教学方式转变了传统的先课堂讲解、后课后复习的方式，把学生在家学习的环节提前，然后在课堂解决疑难，故而得名为“翻转课堂”。……
