摘 要 幼儿教师掌握急救知识与技能对幼儿的成长与发展有着重要的作用。为了了解民族地区幼儿教师掌握急救知识与技能的现状，笔者通过问卷法、访谈法对都匀市三所公立幼儿园进行调查发现该地区幼儿教师的急救观念有待提高，教师的急救知识和技能水平较低，存在畏难心理，同时教师参加急救培训机会较少。因从教师的思想认识上、行动上提高幼儿教师的急救意识与急救技能。

Investigation and Research on First Aid Knowledge and Skills of

Preschool Teachers in Ethnic Areas

Abstract Preschool teachers grasp the first aid knowledge and skills， plays an important role in the growth and development of children. In order to understand the status quo of first aid knowledge and skills for preschool teachers in ethnic areas， the author through questionnaire and interview on the three Duyun city public kindergarten survey found that kindergarten teachers in the area of emergency concept needs to be improved， teachers' knowledge and skills of first aid level is low， have fear of hardship， and teachers to participate in emergency less training opportunities. In order to improve the first aid consciousness and first aid skills of preschool teachers from the teachers' thinking， understanding and action.

1 研究背景

《幼兒园工作规程》中指出：“幼儿园的教职工必须具有安全意识，掌握基本急救常识和防范、避险、逃生、自救的基本方法，在紧急情况下应当优先保护幼儿的人生安全。”[1]《幼儿园教育指导纲要》中指出：“幼儿园必须把保护幼儿的生命和促进幼儿健康的工作放在首位。”[2]《幼儿园教师专业标准（试行）》第二十八条中指出：“教师要熟知幼儿园的安全应急预案。掌握意外事故和危险情况下幼儿安全防护与救助的基本方法。”[3]从国家纲领性文件可以看出幼儿教师掌握一定的急救知识与技能的重要性。幼儿教师是否具备合格的急救知识和技能，能否在第一时间及时对受伤儿童进行急救，是儿童意外伤害发生后的急救关键。[4]民族地区由于经济、文化及地理位置的特殊性，随着学前教育三年行动计划的开展，该地区的学前教育有了进步与发展，但对民族地区幼儿教师掌握急救知识的相关研究相对较少，缺乏完整的体系。……
