【摘要】英语课堂教学是新疆高职学生学习英语的主要渠道，没有语境的情况下，教学方法和技巧就显得越发重要。导入可以使学生在心理和知识上做好学习的准备，轻松的环境下，让学生进入良好的学习状态，激发学生的学习兴趣和求知欲望，从而集中精神学习新的内容。导入是课堂教学的开端，是师生间心灵沟通的有效手段。兴趣是最好的老师，学生如果能对英语产生浓厚的兴趣，就可以充分发挥他们的主观能动性。本文从自我介绍法，角色扮演法，提问导入法，等方法着手，探讨了新疆高职英语课堂导入的方法与技巧，从而促进学生的英语学习兴趣，提高教学效果。

【Abstract】English Teaching is the main channel of Xinjiang vocational students to learn English，without context，teaching methods and techniques becomes more important.Successful lead-in can make students ready to learn psychology and knowledge to enable students to enter a good state of learning，to stimulate students' interest and desire for knowledge，in order to concentrate on learning new content.Lead-in is the beginning of the classroom teaching is an effective means of spiritual communication between teachers and students.Interest is the best teacher and if students have strong interest in the English language，you can give full play to their initiative.Self-introduction method，role-playing，question into law，and other methods proceed to explore Xinjiang Vocational English class lead-in methods and techniques for promoting students' interest in learning English to improve teaching effectiveness.

新疆高职英语教学中存在着诸多问题，其中主要是学生学习英语的积极性不高，极分化现象严重。不能带动学生的主动性。英语课堂教学是新疆高职学生学习英语的主要渠道，没有语境的情况下，教学方法和技巧就显得越发重要。新课的导入是课堂教学开始前几分钟教师和学生所有教学活动的总称。导入是课堂教学的开端，是师生间心灵沟通的有效手段。兴趣是最好的老师，学生如果能对英语产生浓厚的兴趣，就可以充分发挥他们的主观能动性。学生学习外语的动机是很大程度上由学习兴趣决定的，学习动机是学生学习成绩与效果的主导因素之一。
