摘 要：随着新课改教学标准的深化与落实，素质教育理念越来越深入人心，而为了达到这一教学目标，各学科教师都在积极创新课堂的教学模式。在这样的教学背景下，小学数学教学中的灌输式教学模式逐渐被互教互学的教学模式所取代，不仅转变了教师的教学方式，弥补了传统教学模式遗留的弊端，还着重突出了学生的教学主体地位，加强了师生之间的交流与互动，通过构建和谐的师生关系，营造活跃的课堂氛围，来激发小学生学习数学的兴趣和热情，调动小学生的学习积极性和主动性，从而有效加强学生的学习效果，促进学生数学思维的发展，以及综合能力的提升。本文从我国小学数学的教学现状出发，对互教互学教学模式在小学数学教学中的应用意义和开展策略，进行了详尽的分析与探讨。

On the Development of Mutual Education and Mutual Learning in Primary School Mathematics Teaching

【Abstract】With the deepening and implementation of the new curriculum reform teaching standards， the concept of quality education has become more and more popular. In order to achieve this teaching goal， teachers of all disciplines are actively innovating classroom teaching models. Under such a teaching background， the indoctrination teaching model in primary school mathematics teaching has gradually been replaced by the teaching model of mutual teaching and learning， which not only changes the teaching methods of teachers， makes up for the drawbacks of traditional teaching models， but also emphasizes students the main body status of teaching has strengthened the communication and interaction between teachers and students. By building a harmonious teacher-student relationship and creating an active classroom atmosphere， it can stimulate the interest and enthusiasm of primary school students in learning mathematics， and mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of primary school students， so as to be effectivelystrengthen students' learning effects， promote the development of students' mathematical thinking， and improve their comprehensive ability. Starting from the status quo of primary school mathematics teaching in our country， this article analyzes and discusses in detail the application significance and development strategies of the mutual-teaching and mutual-learning teaching model in primary school mathematics teaching.

1.互教互學教学模式的概述

在我国新课程改革持续深化的背景下，教师的教学观念发生了较大的变化，并纷纷开始探索全新、高效的课堂教学模式，旨在实现对课堂教学的优化创新，促进学生学科核心素养的发展。而“互教互学”模式正是在汲取各家所长后，形成的一种全新的教学模式，其核心思想为在教学活动中，通过师生互教、师生互学、生生互教、生生互学等方式，开展小组式探究活动。互教互学教学模式与传统教学模式相比，其更能调动学生的学习积极性和自主性，让学生真正成为学习的主人。……
