摘 要：德育是新时期教育活动中的一个重要组成部分，核心关键就是针对学生展开思想道德教育，让学生形成良好的思想品质和道德修养。高中阶段作为学生迈入成年的重要时期，对高中生落实德育，能够帮助其实现健康发展。本文立足立德树人视角下，针对德育对高中生成长的积极作用展开分析，探讨班级管理和德育结合需关注的一些基本原则，并提出实现班级管理和德育结合的具体策略，希望能够给广大高中班主任提供参考启发。

The Combination of Senior High School Class Management and Moral Education from the Perspective of Lide Shuren

【Abstract】Moral education is an important part of educational activities in the new era. The core key is to carry out ideological and moral education for students， so that students can form good ideological qualities and moral cultivation. The senior high school stage is an important period for students to enter adulthood， and the implementation of moral education for senior high school students can help them achieve healthy development. Based on the perspective of moral education， this article analyzes the positive effects of moral education on senior high school students， discusses some basic principles that need to be paid attention to in the combination of class management and moral education， and proposes specific strategies to achieve the combination of class management and moral education. The senior high school class teacher provides reference and inspiration.

高中阶段，是整个教育体系中非常重要的阶段，其具有承前启后的作用，是对基础教育的升级，同时也是迈入高等教育的前置。因此，对于高中学校而言，在育人过程中就不能再局限于知识教育，还需要落实思想教育，对学生的思想道德品质展开培养。而班主任作为班级的管理者，与学生的交互、接触最多，也承担着主要的德育责任。而班级管理作为一项面向整个班级的工作，将德育渗透进来，与班级管理形成结合，这样可以让德育在更大范围内铺开，对高中生形成有效的教育，促进高中生内在素养的发展提升。

1.理论基础

在十八大以来，教育事业受到空前关注，培养社会主义建设者与接班人，成为教育活动的一个全新目标。思想政治教育，是落实立德树人任务的根本关键，要大力对东实现政治教育的创新改革，提高学生思想政治水平，并且推动各类课程与思想政治课程的结合，同向同行，形成良好的协同效应，对于高中阶段的德育而言，基于立德树人理念的导向，则提出了全员德育的新理念。……
