摘 要：班主任扮演者许多角色，有时候班主任就像是一个慈祥的母亲给予学生们关系及爱护，让学生们能够感受到班主任的关爱与温暖，在学生犯错误的时候，班主任有会变成一个严厉的老师，义正言辞的指出学生的错误，并引导学生进行纠正。班主任的教学工作需要积极努力，班主任的教育任务十分艰巨。除了日常教学，还应该参与学生的成长过程，甚至决定学生将来能否为国家做出突出贡献。因此，班主任的工作对学生教育及成长都有着重要的作用。

【Abstract】The head teacher plays many roles. Sometimes the head teacher is like a kind mother who gives the students the relationship and love， so that the students can feel the care and warmth of the head teacher. When the students make mistakes， the head teacher may become a The strict teacher pointed out the students' mistakes righteously and guided the students to correct them. The teaching work of the class teacher requires active efforts， and the education task of the class teacher is very arduous. In addition to daily teaching， students should also participate in the growth process of students， and even determine whether students can make outstanding contributions to the country in the future. Therefore， the work of the head teacher plays an important role in the education and growth of students.

班主任的工作在促进学生熟悉班级学习生活的时候，还需要培养学生良好的学习习惯，培养学生的理想抱负，让学生们在诗和远方的指引下逐渐迈向自己的目标而努力奋斗。为做好班主任工作，应从学生的视角考虑问题，重视学生的心理与兴趣，并采取有效指引。先从学生们对生活及世界的认知入手，以课题教学活动为学生们按上想象的翅膀，促进学生畅想未来的积极性，指引学生用画笔描绘出自己的理想，为学生呈现出丰富的学习资源，不断地扩展学生的视野，让学生们对生活、未来以及自己都有美好的期待，同时还应不断鼓励学生们的点滴进步，梳理和积累学生的自信心，从而让学生们能够不断的突破自己。其次，班主任应成为学生们的榜样，必要时要起到带头作用，充分发挥出教室的榜样作用，用教师阳光的风貌及优良的言行对学生进行指引，教师不但要注意观察学生的表情、动作以及语言，还应根据学生的问题给予详细的指引，经过教师的良好示范达到指引学生的目的。……
