摘 要：信阳农林学院园艺学院紧紧围绕学校办学定位和发展目标，在面对新农业、新乡村、新农民、新生态“四新”的背景下，契合新农科建设的新机遇，以掌握现代园艺生产技能及管理能力的卓越农林人才培养为导向，逐步建立了“四对接、四行动”的应用型人才培养模式。通过优化专业设置、培养方案、实践教学、人才质量等行动，信阳农林学院园艺学院培养出适应社会需要的“一懂两爱”应用型高素质园艺人才，为服务大别山红色革命老区经济发展及乡村振兴贡献了力量。

Innovative Reform and Practice of Applied Talents Trainning Model

——Take the College of Horticulture， Xinyang Agriculture and Forestry University as an Example

Abstract： The College of Horticulture， Xinyang Agriculture and Forestry University closely focuses on the school′s orientation and development goals， and meets the new opportunities for the construction of new agricultural sciences under the background of the new agriculture， new villages， new farmers， and new ecology to master modern horticultural production skills and Oriented by the cultivation of outstanding agricultural and forestry talents with management capabilities， the application-oriented talent training model of “four connections and four actions” has been gradually established. Through optimizing professional settings， training programs， practical teaching， talent quality and other actions， our college has cultivated “one understanding and two love” application-oriented high-quality gardening talents that meet the needs of the society， and have contributed to the economic development of the old red revolutionary area in Dabie Mountain and the revitalization of the countryside.

1 对接社会需求，优化专业

随着农业生产技术和科技水平的提升，设施农业、无土栽培等新型农业生产模式突破了资源自然条件的限制，改变了农业生产的季节性，拓宽了农业生产的时空分布，为城乡居民提供了丰富的新鲜瓜果蔬菜[1]。特别是“互联网+”技术的应用，促进了农业机械化、规模化、产业化、精准化、智慧化发展，加快推动了我国农业由传统农业向现代农业转变。为了适应社会需求，学院经过2次集体研讨，25人次深入政企调研，46人次的毕业生回访，确定了“优化凝练园艺老专业，突出设施和观赏特色方向，设工彰显学科交叉融合”的学院专业设置和优化的方向。园艺学院现开设了园艺和设施农业科学与工程2个本科专业，其中园艺专业是园艺学院于2014年最早开设的本科专业，2018年新设了设施农业科学与工程专业，以满足设施农业产业快速发展对人才的需求。……
