摘 要：该文以西南林业大学农林人才涉及专业学生为研究对象，通过问卷调研法获取了一手数据，构建了西南林业大学农林人才竞争力评价指标体系，运用层次分析法对影响西南林业大学农林人才竞争力的因素进行了分析。结果表明：西南林业大学农林人才竞争力的综合指数为73.07，处于中等水平，有待提高;计算机应用能力、外语交流能力、实践意识能力、创新成果及创新意识能力的评分较低，从而在较大程度上抑制了西南林业大学农林人才的竞争力。

Evaluation and Promotion Strategy of Agricultural and Forestry Talents Competitiveness in Southwest Forestry University Under the Background of New Agricultural Science

Abstract： This paper takes the students of agriculture and forestry talents in Southwest Forestry University as the research object， obtains the first-hand data through the questionnaire survey method， constructs the evaluation index system of the competitiveness of agriculture and forestry talents in Southwest Forestry University， analyzes the factors influencing the competitiveness of agriculture and forestry talents in Southwest Forestry University by using the analytic hierarchy process， The results show that： the comprehensive competitiveness index of agriculture and forestry talents in Southwest Forestry University is 73.07， which is in the middle level research and needs to be improved; the scores of computer application ability， foreign language communication ability， practical consciousness ability， innovation achievement and innovation consciousness ability are low， which greatly inhibits the competitiveness of agriculture and forestry talents in Southwest Forestry University.

2018年11月13日，教育部高等教育司司長吴岩在“新时代云南省本科教育工作会议”上提议：加快新工科、新医科、新农科、新文科的建设与发展[1]。培养农林人才是新农科建设的重点之一，而培养创新型农林人才是提升其竞争力的重要举措[2]。西南林业大学是我国西部地区唯一独立设置的本科林业高校，在新农科建设背景下，结合该校实际，深化教育改革，提高农林人才竞争力的意义重大，既有助于培养农林创新型、复合型、应用型人才，也有助于促进学校长远发展。

理论界对于农林人才竞争力的论述主要集中在以下几个方面：一是关于农林人才的界定。刘爱辰等[3]认为卓越农林人才是德、智、体、美综合发展，具有爱农、吃苦耐劳、踏实肯干、热心奉献的执着精神，具有创新合作能力和实践精神的高素质、高水平专业人才。……
