摘 要：本科教育是高等教育的核心，开展本科专业评估有助于推进高等教育质量保障体系建设，全面提高本科教学水平和人才培养质量。环境类专业肩负着我国生态文明建设和美丽中国建设的重要使命，建立科学合理环境类本科专业评估模式有助于明确各个高校在本科教学存在问题和不足，起到以评促改、以评促教的作用。该文从评价指标体系的构建、评价等级的确定、评估模式和评估应用等方面论述了安徽省环境类本科专业评估模式的构建和应用，以期更好地推动安徽省环境类专业建设。

Construction and Application of Evaluation Model for Environmental Undergraduate Subjects in Colleges and Universities in Anhui Province

Abstract： Undergraduate education is the core of higher education. Undergraduate subject evaluation will help to promote the construction of higher education quality assurance system and comprehensively improve undergraduate teaching level and talent training quality. Environmental subjects shoulder the important mission of China′s ecological civilization construction and the construction of a beautiful China. The establishment of a scientific and reasonable evaluation model of environmental undergraduate subjects will help to find out the problems and deficiencies existing in undergraduate teaching in various colleges and universities， and play a role in promoting reform and teaching through evaluation. This paper will discuss the construction and application of the evaluation model of environmental undergraduate subjects in Anhui Province from the aspects of the construction of evaluation index system， the determination of evaluation grade， evaluation model and evaluation application， so as to better promote the construction of environmental subjects in Anhui Province.

为了全面落实“以本为本、四个回归”，切实巩固人才培养中心地位和本科教学基础地位，提升人才培养质量，贯彻落实《一流学科专业与高水平大学建设五年行动计划》，切实加强一流专业建设，2017年安徽省教育厅印发了《安徽省教育厅关于成立安徽省普通本科高校专业合作委员会的通知》（皖教高〔2017〕1号）[1]。各专业合作委员会根据通知要求组织开展省属本科专业审核评估工作[2-4]，评估结果将作为教育厅专业结构调整、招生计划调整以及指导学科建设的重要依据。

安徽省环境类本科专业主要包括生态学、农业资源与环境、环境科学、环境工程、环境生态工程、环保设备工程、环境科学与工程等7个专业。这些学……
