摘要：随着新课改的实施，培养学生综合素质，已成为教学工作者必须达成的关键性目标。在小学时期，教学工作者必须基于小学生的身心发展特点，挖掘出适应性的教学方法，促使学生学习的有效性得以提升。语文是主科之一，教学工作者需要梳理出影响语文学科目标价值的各个部分，强化各部分的教学效果。本文以语文阅读教学为例，对新课改背景下小学语文智慧课堂阅读教学的重要性分析，并根据当前小学语文智慧课堂阅读教学存在的不足提出对应的解决策略。

The Teaching Strategy of Chinese Smart Classroom Reading in Primary School Based on Core Literacy

【Abstract】with the implementation of the new curriculum reform，training the students' comprehensive quality has become the key goal that the teaching staff must achieve.In primary school，the teaching staff must dig out the adaptive teaching methods based on the physical and mental development characteristics of primary school students，and promote the effectiveness of students' learning.Chinese is one of the main subjects.The teaching staff should sort out the parts that affect the target value of Chinese subject and strengthen the teaching effect of each part.This paper takes Chinese reading teaching as an example，analyzes the importance of reading teaching in the primary school Chinese smart classroom under the background of the new curriculum reform，and puts forward corresponding solutions according to the shortcomings of the current teaching。

在小學语文的教学过程中，大部分教学工作者照本宣科，将笼统的语文内容一股脑的灌输给学生，忽视了学生的主观能动性。小学生缺乏自主意识，对大量堆砌的语文知识元素无法解构，逐渐产生厌倦情绪。 语文教师必须围绕着学生的发展目标创设体系，将语文学科内容作为系统，规划设计出传导系统功能的各部分流程。阅读是语文学习的重要部分，是培养学生语文理解能力的关键途径，对于学生形成语文综合运用能力这一系统功能有着促进作用，必须引起教学工作者的重视。但很多教师并没有真正将阅读课堂教学独立设计出来，难以强化学生阅读的效果。构建学生智慧阅读的课堂模式极为重要。本文对此系统阐述。
